Chia and yogurt smoothie
This makes a creamy and delicious smoothie that should keep you full for hours.
Serves 1
2 tablespoons full fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ cup fresh strawberries
1 cup nut milk
2 tablespoons whey protein powder
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
