Foods that are good for your liver
Foods that are good for your liver are anti-aging foods and the best ones are –- Cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, kohlrabi, kale and bok choy, which are high in the mineral sulfur
- Vegetables in the onion family including all types of onions, leeks, chives and garlic, which are high in the mineral sulfur
- Purple colored fruits and vegetables such as beets and berries because their pigments are potent antioxidants
- Orange colored fruits and vegetables such as pumpkin, carrots, papaya and mango etc, as these contain carotenoids which repair liver damage
- Citrus fruits, which are high in vitamin C which is needed continually by the liver
