In 2005, I had a gall bladder operation that went very wrong on the operating table. The vein to the liver was cut or torn, resulting in a near bleed to death then and there. Having survived that, I had to have half of my liver (which was no longer getting blood) removed a few weeks later. I survived that as well. But then the weight pretty much just slammed on and I had a "bowling ball" belly just below the ribcage. It was large, hard and round. When I asked the doctors about it, they seemed to be unconcerned or "maybe" thought it could be a hernia.(!!). In 2010, I felt so poorly, I decided to take my health into my own hands and research liver problems and liver diets. I did not find any that were specifically for persons who have lost half their liver, but I DID find Dr. Cabot's book: The Liver Cleansing Diet. I read it and decided it was sound and health oriented. I tried it for about a month, and improved enough to look into her newest book: Fatty Liver: You Can Reverse It. The title carries a bit of a stigma, but if you've got it, admit it and deal with it. I did. Everything she spoke about described my condition to a tee. I was sufficiently curious enough to try the capsules, though I thought they were a bit pricey. I ordered the Livatone Plus.I recommend following the instructions and regime exactly as stated. I felt a little "off" right after taking them in the morning for the first week. That was mild, but noteworthy. It passed. Combined with the diet, I began to feel dramatically better the second week. I found that juicing fresh vegetables and eating raw salads and fruits gave me energy and optimism I had long since written off as my past life. I never took these capsules for weight loss.Read more ›

I've been having problems with my gallbladder for several years. Apple cider vinegar in water and chamomile tea relieved the symptoms, but I wanted a cure. I absolutely did not want to have surgery. I'm about half way through the bottle and am seeing very good results. I started with the one pill once a day and gradually worked up to two pills twice a day. I've also been adding liver friendly foods to my meals. You really can't go wrong adding more raw fruits and vegetables to your diet. Plus, the liver friendly foods are great. Avocado, olive oil, pears, garlic, and sunflower seeds are not hard to eat at all. Add a little honey and vinegar, maybe even a little tahini and you have a great salad. The bloating and discomfort are greatly reduced. My sinus trouble seems to be improving. My allergies even seem to be less annoying. I will definitely be reordering.

My sister suffered the debilitating pain of Fibromyalgia for a number of months, a time when it became almost impossible to go to work at a doctor's office. Her doctor had prescribed Lyrica and mild sleeping pills, which didn't seem to have any effect on her particular pain. Then, a few months back, she thought she might have had a flare-up of Hepatitis which she'd acquired many years ago. The symptoms were so bad that we researched cures for liver disease, and discovered that we couldn't afford ANY of those cures. During the research, I read about Livatone Plus, which was something I COULD afford, so I ordered a bottle for my sister. Per the instructions, she started out with 1 pill, twice a day, then graduated to 2 pills, twice per day. In the process of "treating" herself for a possible liver problem, she discovered that her Fibromyalgia symptoms were greatly diminished. While her pain didn't completely go away, she said it felt more like "tired muscles" than the outright muscle/nerve pain of a few months before. Two and half months later, they still seem to be working effectivley. Because this product worked so well for her, I ordered a bottle of it for myself, and take 1 pill per day as a preventative measure. It is supposed to promote Liver health, and for a 62-year old man with a penchant for cheeseburgers, that's a good tool to have in the arsonal.

I have had awful liver function tests due to fatty liver (confirmed by biopsy) for 7 years now.Even in losing weight and eating better, I would always see high ALT, AST, and GGT numbers along with an inability to properly get control of my lipids.I decided to order this product and in a matter of 6 weeks, I was able to lose 8 lbs (of which I believe Livatone Plus definitely helped) as well as saw a return of my liver enzymes to normal ranges after being in the 200s and 300s.My cholesterol also dropped from 280 to 186 over this same 6 week period. There simply no explanation for the complete change in bloodwork that resulted in my numbers going from seemingly horrific, to everything being in normal range within 6 weeks. The only thing I had done different was take 4 capsules of Livatone Plus a day.I'm sold on it.

We've only been taking the LivaTone Plus for a few weeks, but so far, I really like this product. While it's not intended for weight loss, in just the few weeks, I have noticed that my weight has stopped fluctuating like it had been and has settled in a good weight for me. Bowel movements are no longer an issue for me. And I have noticed that my belly is slowly but surely getting flatter. So it must be doing something good for me.
