All Natural Vegan Chocolate Bark

A delicious and healthy treat the whole family will enjoy! Ingredients
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • ½ cup cacao or cocoa powder
  • Liquid stevia, or honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • ¼ cup chopped, roasted hazelnuts
  • ¼ cup chopped, roasted pecans
  • ¼ cup sugar free flaked coconut
Method
  • Whisk the warm melted coconut oil with the cacao powder and sweetener of choice until smooth.
  • Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle all the toppings evenly over the cacao mixture.
  • Place mixture into the freezer for half an hour.
  • Remove from the freezer, break up into pieces and then store in an airtight container in the fridge.
