All Natural Vegan Chocolate Bark
A delicious and healthy treat the whole family will enjoy!
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
- ½ cup cacao or cocoa powder
- Liquid stevia, or honey or maple syrup, to taste
- ¼ cup chopped, roasted hazelnuts
- ¼ cup chopped, roasted pecans
- ¼ cup sugar free flaked coconut
- Whisk the warm melted coconut oil with the cacao powder and sweetener of choice until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle all the toppings evenly over the cacao mixture.
- Place mixture into the freezer for half an hour.
- Remove from the freezer, break up into pieces and then store in an airtight container in the fridge.
