Avocado And Tuna Salad
A quick, easy and delicious low carb lunch that will leave you feeling satisfied for hours.
- 1 large handful arugula leaves
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- ½ Lebanese cucumber, sliced
- ½ medium avocado, diced
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 5 oz canned tuna in brine, drained and flaked
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle with lemon or lime juice and olive oil.
