This colourful and tasty salad is full of antioxidants. The avocado should help keep you full and reduce sugar cravings. Combine this salad with protein such as seafood, poultry, meat or legumes.

  • 4 large handfuls of arugula
  • 1 medium avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • ¼ cup toasted pine nuts
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons each of olive oil and lime juice


  1. Mix all salad ingredients gently in a bowl and then drizzle with oil and lime juice.
