This avocado and cilantro dip is delicious with crackers or vegetables. If you’re a cilantro hater, feel free to leave it out or substitute with another herb.

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ red onion, finely diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced(optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
