Ingredients

  • 6 large, well ripened tomatoes, cut into chunks
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F.
  • Place the tomatoes on a lined oven tray and arrange the crushed garlic on top.
