Ingredients
- 6 large, well ripened tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed (optional)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F.
- Place the tomatoes on a lined oven tray and arrange the crushed garlic on top.
- Drizzle with oil and vinegar and roast for approximately an hour.
