Ingrdients:
- 1 small banana
- 2 inch slice papaya, peeled
- 2 tablespoons whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 1½ cups water
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
