  • 1 cup mixed berries, frozen or fresh (thaw if frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon extra of mixed berries - fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon plain unsweetened yogurt - dairy or soy
  • 1 level tablespoon Synd X Slimming Protein Powder
Place berries in a serving bowl, sprinkle protein powder over berries. Whip yogurt and extra berries together and spoon over the berries. Option: You may also sprinkle some LSA or chopped nuts over the yogurt mixture.
