What is CBD?
CBD stands for cannabidiol, a compound found naturally in hemp plants. More interesting than that is how CBD may support a sense of peace and balance in human beings. Don’t worry, it’s non-intoxicating, so you can add CBD to your everyday routine without an altered state of mind. Here at Liver Doctor, we want to lead the way to a healthier, happier future through natural, plant-based relief. We know CBD is a big topic, and that all the information out there can get overwhelming. That’s why we want to serve as a resource for you as you learn more about how to support your own health.
Quality you can trust.
Unlike most CBD oils on the market which are made from hemp seed oil, our CBD oil is made from industrial hemp plants grown in the USA which contain a much higher concentration of CBD than products made from hemp seed oil. We use American grown hemp that is cultivated and processed according to the highest industry standards. To produce the most effective final product, only the finest hemp plants meet our standards, grown without pesticides or GMOS. Furthermore, our CBD oil is formulated by a licensed compounding pharmacist and is backed by third party independent lab testing.
Is there THC in your CBD product?
No, our CBD is extracted from industrial hemp plants, which by law can have no more than 0.3% THC. This is already not enough to product a high. We then reduce the THC content in our products further, all the way down to Non-Dectable (ND) levels to reassure our customers that our products are non-intoxicating.
Is CBD psychoactive?
No, CBD is non-intoxicating and will not produce the high associated with THC.
Will CBD get me high?
No, THC is the chemical in marijuana that products a high. Industrial hemp that contains -.3% THC is federally legal because this is considered too low to have any effect. Green Roads takes it a step further and reduces THC all the way down to non-detectable levels.
Do I need a prescription or medical card to order?
No! A medical card or prescription is not needed to place an order.
Will I fail a drug test after consuming CBD?
You will not fail any drug test since these tests do not detect such low levels of THC.
Can I overdose on CBD?
No, cannabinoids have no known toxicity. While everyone’s dosage amount is different for their desired results, many people start in small amounts and increasing the dosage from there.
How much CBD should I take?
Since everyone has different needs and preferences, the right CBD does will vary per individual user. In order to determine the best CBD dosage for you, it is recommended you start with small daily doses and build your way up gradually until you achieve the desired results.
