Choc Mint Protein Smoothie

Serves 1 Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups milk of your choice (eg. Almond or cashew milk)
  • 3 tablespoons whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 drop peppermint essential oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Method Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
