  • 1 frozen banana, chopped (chop it before freezing)
  • 1 tablespoon hazelnut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa or cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 glass of water or milk of your choice

Blend all ingredients together, drink and enjoy
