This citrus avocado dip is delicious with raw vegetables, or spooned over a salad. Citrus fruits are an excellent source of vitamin C for your immune system.

Ingredients

  • Flesh from one medium avocado
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 handful cilantro leaves
  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
