Ingredients

  • 1 mug warm water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (I like Redmond Real Salt)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a mug. Stir and then sip slowly. It is best to rinse your mouth with plain water afterwards, to clear the acid from lemon and vinegar off your teeth.
