Cleansing Morning Lemon Drink
This will help to wake up your digestive system, re-hydrate you and cleanse your liver. Ideally consumed each morning before breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1 mug warm water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt (I like Redmond Real Salt)
Method
- Add all ingredients into a mug. Stir and then sip slowly. It is best to rinse your mouth with plain water afterwards, to clear the acid from lemon and vinegar off your teeth.
