Crunchy Cashew Balls

These deliciously healthy Crunchy Cashew Balls are great alternatives for snacks and desserts. Ingredients
  • 6 tablespoons cashew butter
  • ¼ cup finely chopped cashews
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa or cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons softened coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
Method
  • Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  • If the mixture is a bit too dry add more coconut oil.
  • If it’s too wet add more cocoa powder.
  • Roll the mixture into balls and keep in the fridge in an airtight container.
