I have tried coconut oil and milk ...I seem to get epigastic attacks from it. What can I replace it with. I do have food allergies to soy and flax but probably have others since I have not been able to get to the allergist for
testing. I had my gallbladder out in 94 and was not told to change my diet. now I have been having alot of bloating, gas, epigastic attacks. my stomach feels better when I take lactaid and beano . My doctor wants me to find a good enzyne but I only found the papaya ones which he was not aware of. He wants me to find the ones that actually help me digest all the food groups. I am on a stomach coating product twice a day now with my acid meds . Until my stomach heals. I have tried low acid, leaky gut and gluten free diet. All work for a while and than they stop around the 4th day.
Please help
After having the gallbladder removed it is important to have replacement bile and Dr Cabot produces an excellent product to supply this most valuable substance.
Take 1 or 2 Ox Bile Capsules at the beginning of each meal to assist absorption of your fats.
Being able to absorb most of your fats may reduce your symptoms significantly.
I suggest you read Dr Cabot's book 'Save Your Gallbladder Naturally and What to Do If You've Already Lost it'.
Kind Regards,
Jessah
