Serves 1 2 small bananas, mashed well 2 eggs, lightly whisked ½ teaspoon vanilla essence A pinch of ground cloves Butter, ghee or coconut oil, for cooking Place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk them together. Heat a skillet over medium heat with butter or alternative. Pour half of the batter onto the skillet and cook until the bottom has set. Flip over and cook the other side. Repeat process with the other half of the batter. Serve with fresh fruit.
