Easy nut free banana cake
This cake is high in protein and healthy fats and can be eaten for breakfast.
3 well ripened bananas, mashed
1 cup sunflower seed butter
3 eggs, whisked
1/3 cup hemp seeds
¾ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Combine all of the ingredients together well in a large bowl.
Pour the mixture into a greased or lined baking tin and bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until cooked when tested.
