Fruit sorbet
2 cups mango puree, or other fruit of your choice
½ cup Synd-X Slimming Protein powder
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon Grande Marnier liqueur (optional)
½ cup plain yogurt
This mixture is also suitable to freeze in ice block containers with pop sticks placed in centre of mixture.
Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Pour into a shallow dish and freeze until just frozen around the edges.
Remove from the freezer, stir up with a fork, place in a bowl and beat until smooth with electric beaters.
Return to dish and freeze until very firm. Scoop into bowls to serve.
