Gluten Free Gingerbread Protein Balls

A delicious, festive recipe that will enable you to still fit into your jeans this holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted walnuts
  • 1 cup roasted almonds
  • ½ cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey or 1 tsp of Nature Sweet

Method

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until ground and the mixture comes together. If the mixture is a little dry, add a little water. Form mixture into balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
