Grain Free Bircher-Style Muesli

Serves 1 Ingredients
  • 1 red unpeeled apple, coarsely grated
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons flaked almonds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • A pinch of cinnamon and clove powder
  • ½ cup milk of your choice
Method
  • Mix all ingredients together well and place in an airtight container.
  • Leave in the fridge overnight.
  • The next morning top with fruit of your choice and enjoy.
