Grain Free Bircher-Style Muesli
- 1 red unpeeled apple, coarsely grated
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons flaked almonds
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- A pinch of cinnamon and clove powder
- ½ cup milk of your choice
- Mix all ingredients together well and place in an airtight container.
- Leave in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning top with fruit of your choice and enjoy.
