Grain Free Coconut Porridge

Serves 2 A creamy, delicious breakfast for those who choose to avoid grains. Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon almond meal
  • 1 egg, lightly whisked
  • 4 tablespoons coconut cream (just the solid part from a can of coconut cream)
  • Liquid stevia, to taste
Method Place all ingredients into a pan and cook very slowly over low heat, stirring constantly. It needs to be cooked slowly, otherwise the egg will scramble. Serve with coconut milk.
