Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecan halves, toasted
  • 1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds, toasted
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 4 dried dates, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon dried ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon dried cinnamon

Method
