Grain Free Ginger Pecan Breakfast Cereal
A delicious and filling breakfast recipe for those who don’t eat grains and want an alternative to eggs.
Makes 6 servings
- 1 cup pecan halves, toasted
- 1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds, toasted
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 4 dried dates, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- ¼ teaspoon dried ginger
- ¼ teaspoon dried cinnamon
Mix all ingredients well and store in a glass jar. Serve for breakfast with your choice of milk.
