This delicious, tangy dip is full of flavor and so simple to put together.

Makes 3 cups of dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain full fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 peeled Lebanese cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)

Method

  1. Grate the cucumber finely in a medium sized bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  2. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
