Grilled Garlic Chicken
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2lbs chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Place all ingredients except chicken into a glass bowl. Add chicken thighs and make sure they are all well covered by marinade. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the chicken thighs for approximately 10 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Serve with a salad.
