Grilled Garlic Chicken

Serves 4


  • 2lbs chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  • Place all ingredients except chicken into a glass bowl. Add chicken thighs and make sure they are all well covered by marinade. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the chicken thighs for approximately 10 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  • Serve with a salad.
