Hazelnut and Coconut Fudge
This fudge is delicious with any type of nut butter. You may want to try pecan or macadamia butter as well.
2 cups natural hazelnut butter
½ cup melted coconut oil
Nature Sweet, or raw honey, or maple syrup, or coconut sugar, to taste. You may find it doesn’t require any sweetener at all.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. If it is cold in your house, you may need to mix them together in a pot on the stove on the lowest setting, just to make sure the ingredients melt together well.
Pour mixture into a dish lined with waxed paper and place in the freezer. Once frozen, cut into squares.
It is best stored in the freezer and tastes great eaten straight from the freezer.
