Is BERBERINE safe to take for a long period? diagnosed with an A1c 6.5, MD prescribed Metformin “XR 500 w/ first bite of BFast” after 3 most same A1c-6.5. He wants to increase the dose but, I ask him to give me 3 more months to get on the right diet before my next Labworks. I am thinking to try BERBERINE from Dr. Cabott. Do you have some advice for me?
