Serves 4 8 chicken drumsticks 3 tablespoons melted ghee, coconut oil, butter or lard 1 teaspoon ground cumin 2 teaspoons onion powder 2 teaspoons paprika 1 ½ teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more if you like it hot) ½ teaspoon black pepper Use a sharp knife to make diagonal slashes in the drumsticks. Combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Brush a thick coating of the Cajun mix onto the chicken drumsticks and then cook them on a hot frying pan, turning frequently until cooked through. Serve with a salad or cooked vegetables.
