Low Carb Crackers

Makes approximately 20 crackers


  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 1 large egg, whisked
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl, and then use your hands to mix everything together and create a dough.
  2. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out until it’s thin and to your liking. Remove the top sheet of parchment paper, and place the bottom sheet, with the dough onto a baking tray. Mark the dough into cracker sized pieces with a knife or pizza cutter.
  3. Bake in the oven for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned and cooked through. Allow to cool and then serve.
