Low carb meat loaf

This delicious meat loaf can be served hot with cooked vegetables, or cold with a salad.

Ingredients

14 ounces beef mince (ground beef)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup very finely chopped mushrooms
1 brown onion, grated
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a large bowl.
Place mixture into a loaf tin and bake until cooked through (approximately 50 minutes).

Gall bladder juice

Ingredients

2 red radishes
4 collard leaves
1/2 medium beet
4 large cabbage leaves
1 large carrot

Pass all through a juicer and drink.
