Morning Lemon Drink For Detoxing
Serves 1
Lemon is detoxifying to your liver. Ginger cleanses your digestive system and boosts circulation.
Ingredients
- 1 mug warm water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
- ¼ teaspoon salt (I like Redmond Real Salt)
Method
Add all ingredients into a mug. Stir and then sip slowly. It is best to rinse your mouth with plain water afterwards, to clear the acid from lemon off your teeth.
