Serves 2 6 lamb chops 1 teaspoon dried oregano ¼ cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon lemon zest 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper ¼ cup olive oil Place the lamb chops into a glass bowl. Combine all the remaining ingredients well and then spread them with your hands all over the lamb chops. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for 2 hours. Grill the lamb chops for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Serve with a salad or cooked vegetables.
