Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons ghee, lard or olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Add the ghee, lard or olive oil to a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Once the pan is hot, place the pork chops inside and sprinkle with oregano. Cook the chops on both sides until well cooked and lightly browned.
  4. Serve.
