Oregano Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons ghee, lard or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Add the ghee, lard or olive oil to a pan over medium heat.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Once the pan is hot, place the pork chops inside and sprinkle with oregano. Cook the chops on both sides until well cooked and lightly browned.
- Serve.
