Pesto Turkey Meatballs
These meatballs are great for a lunchbox or as finger food at a party.
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1/2 cup pesto
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
- Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Form the mixture into balls and arrange on a lined or greased oven tray.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until done. Baking time will depend on the size of the meatballs.
