These tasty pesto turkey meatballs are so quick and simple to make. They are delicious for lunch when served with a salad.


  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 1/2 cup pesto


  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
  2. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Form the mixture into balls and arrange on a lined or greased oven tray.
  3. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until done. Baking time will depend on the size of the meatballs.
