2 ½ cups pitted fresh Medjool dates 1 ½ cups raw walnuts or pistachios 6 tablespoons cacao or cocoa powder 1 tablespoon canned coconut cream ¼ cup goji berries Place all the ingredients except the goji berries into a food processor and process until the mixture is smooth and comes together. Remove the mixture from the processor and stir in goji berries. Press mixture into a lined square cake tin and place in the fridge to harden. Cut into slices and serve with fresh berries.
