Refreshing Watermelon Smoothie

This antioxidant-packed smoothie will hydrate and nourish you. It makes a delicious afternoon snack.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh watermelon cubes
  • Juice from half a lime
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 chopped, frozen banana
  • ½ cup nut or hemp milk

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
