These are delicious when served as an appetiser when entertaining. 2 pounds chicken wings 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and sliced 2 tablespoons coconut aminos ¼ cup coconut oil 1 teaspoon ground sweet paprika ½ teaspoon ground cumin 3 cloves garlic, crushed Juice of 1 lime 1 teaspoon grated lime rind Place all ingredients except chicken into a food processor and blend until smooth. Place the chicken wings into a glass bowl and cover with marinade. Make sure all parts of the chicken are well covered. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for around 3 hours. Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Place the wings on a greased or lined baking tray and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
