Succulent Lamb Skewers
Serves 4
1 1/2 pounds ground lamb
1 brown onion, finely minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 handful fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
1 handful fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
Salt and pepper
You can use metal skewers or bamboo ones - if choosing the bamboo skewers, please soak in water overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all of the ingredients together in a large bowl and mash them well with your hands.
Shape the meat around the skewers in a sausage-like shape.
Arrange the skewers on a lined oven tray and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until cooked through. Cooking time will depend on how large you have made the skewers.
