Sugar Free Tangy Salad Dressing
Turn a boring salad into a spectacular meal with this delicious dressing.
Makes ¾ cup
- ¾ cup plain full fat Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives or spring onion
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
Either place the ingredients into a blender and blend until combined, or whisk them together well in a bowl.
