Summer Nectarine Smoothie

This is a delicious breakfast on a warm morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 large nectarine
  • 2 tablespoons canned coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein powder
  • 1.5 cups water

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
