An indulgent and healthy smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup almond or hemp milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
