Vegetable juice for depression
The high level of folate in this juice has been shown to reduce the risk of depression.
6 large kale leaves (use bok choy or chicory if unavailable)
2 stalks celery
6 large lettuce leaves
1 large carrot
1 red apple
1 orange
Pass all through a juice extractor and drink. You can make a larger quantity and freeze leftovers.
