Grain Free Pecan Muesli
This gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and grain-free muesli is perfect for stirring into your yogurt, serving with milk or eating on its own as a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup toasted pecan halves
- 1/3 cup unsalted shelled pumpkin seeds, toasted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 dried dates, finely diced
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- ¼ teaspoon dried cloves
- ¼ teaspoon dried cinnamon
Method
- Mix all ingredients well and store in a glass jar. Serve for breakfast with your choice of milk.
