  • 1 cup toasted pecan halves
  • 1/3 cup unsalted shelled pumpkin seeds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 dried dates, finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon dried cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon dried cinnamon


  1. Mix all ingredients well and store in a glass jar. Serve for breakfast with your choice of milk.
