Ground turkey patties
Serves 4
1 lb ground turkey
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
½ cup finely grated fresh pumpkin
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
½ teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 360ºF. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mash together well with your hands.
Form the mixture into patties and place on a lined oven tray. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Serve with a salad.
