Lime Protein Balls
If you are tired of chocolate and vanilla, give these lime protein balls a try.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond meal
- ⅓ cup coconut oil
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup Synd-X Slimming Protein powder
- 2 tablespoons almond butter.
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until mixture comes together. If it is too wet add more coconut. If it is too dry add more almond butter.
- Shape into balls. Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes before consuming.
