  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • ½ cup quinoa, soaked overnight and rinsed thoroughly
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Synd-X Slimming Protein Powder
  • ½ cup chopped fresh strawberries


  1. In a small pot, heat the milk and bring it to the boil. Add the quinoa, hemp and chia seeds and reduce the heat to a gentle simmer. Cover the pot and simmer for approximately 15 minutes, or until the quinoa is cooked and thickened. You will need to stir the pot every so often while cooking.
  2. Turn the heat off and add all remaining ingredients. Leave with the lid on for 5 minutes, then pour into bowls and serve.
