This homemade spiced almond butter pairs nicely on a piece of toast, some apple slices or goes great in a smoothie for an added boost of healthy fats.

  • 3 cups raw almonds
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

  3. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender or food processor. Process until the mixture forms a smooth or crunchy butter. This can take some time, depending on the equipment you use.
