Serves 4

16 oz cremini mushrooms, chopped
8 sprigs fresh thyme
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon ghee
Salt and pepper, to taste

Add the olive oil and ghee to a skillet and place over medium heat.

Add all remaining ingredients and cook while gently turning the mushrooms, until they are done.

Serve as a side dish.
