Serves 4

  • 16 oz cremini mushrooms, chopped
  • 8 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Add the olive oil and ghee to a skillet and place over medium heat.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and cook while gently turning the mushrooms, until they are done.
  3. Serve as a side dish.
