Thyme Roasted Mushrooms
Serves 4
- 16 oz cremini mushrooms, chopped
- 8 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Add the olive oil and ghee to a skillet and place over medium heat.
- Add all remaining ingredients and cook while gently turning the mushrooms, until they are done.
- Serve as a side dish.
