2 Ingredient Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped frozen mango
- ½ cup full fat yoghurt (dairy or plant based). Choose a thick, non watery yoghurt.
- splash of lime juice (optional)
- small amount of liquid of choice, if desired
Method
Blend the frozen mango with the yoghurt in a high powered blender until smooth. You can pour the mixture into ice cream moulds and place into the freezer to set, or serve immediately is a more soft serve texture is preferred.
